Tonx. Coffee. 'Nough said.
I probably shouldn’t be telling anyone about this.
I really should be keeping something like this to myself – because it’s such a great find for a coffee snob …er, drinker. I can’t and won’t (obviously) because everyone else should get a chance to try a special roast from Tonx.
Last week they had an IPO of the one-off source and roast kind from a farm in Finca Monte Rey in El Salvador. I’m enjoying a cup right now, brewed in a single cup coffee press, and it’s, well, it’s fantastic. It’s pretty close to being one of the best cups of coffee I’ve enjoyed and it’s by far the most excited I’ve been about a coffee brand in general. Small batches of uniquely sourced coffees, freshly roasted and delivered with a note about what was in the box and a pin. It’s exciting, it’s fun and it smells and tastes really (really) good. I already can’t wait to see what they’re going to offer up next.
Follow @tonxcoffee or sign up on their site to be notified of the next round. Follow closely or keep an eye on your inbox because the next offering will probably be sold out before you even know about it.
